Your role will encompass estimating costs for commercial, industrial, and institutional facilities valued from $1 million to $2 billion globally.

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate the timely development of cost estimates
• Validate quantities and material takeoffs from project designs
• Mentor junior estimators in best practices




• Develop execution plans for major estimating projects
• Interface with clients as the primary estimating contact

Requirements:
• Minimum of 10 years in estimating or construction
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
• Experience in multi-discipline estimating preferred
• Solid communication and organization skills
• Ability to conduct site reconnaissance and assessments
