Experience in Enterprise Infrastructure Operations, Modernization, and Transformation .
Robust expertise in Vulnerability and Patch Management across enterprise environments.
Hands-on experience with SCOM, Cloud Monitoring, and Infrastructure Observability .
Proficiency in SCCM and Microsoft Intune Administration .
Experience in Endpoint Modernization, Management, and Lifecycle Operations .
Strong knowledge of Identity & Access Management (IAM) , Conditional Access, MFA, RBAC, and Privileged Access Controls.
Experience with Service Account Governance and access management.
Expertise in Infrastructure Automation and Operational Efficiency .
Strong experience with Technical Documentation, Infrastructure Standards, Compliance, and Audit Readiness .
Azure Infrastructure and Cloud Operations experience is preferred.
