Key Responsibilities:
• Review and finalize commercial contracts and agreements
• Oversee compliance with Health Canada regulations
• Standardize and enhance contract management processes
• Provide insight on international regulatory issues




• Engage with cross-functional teams to identify business risks

Requirements:
• 7+ years legal expertise, with at least 5 years in-house
• Robust knowledge of cannabis regulations
• Superior communication and organizational skills
• Demonstrated leadership in legal environments
• Fluency in a European language is a plus
