Tacten is seeking IRATA Level 3 Rope Access Technicians for a major Fall Outage at our Fort McMurray, AB site. Play a pivotal role in managing operations and ensuring compliance.

Commencing in October 2026, this position features a 6/1 rotation with 12-hour shifts, supporting fly-in-fly-out travel from major Canadian hubs and offering camp accommodations. This key role involves demonstrating advanced safety techniques and a thorough understanding of industry standards while facilitating collaborative teamwork among technicians.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee advanced operational safety standards
• Exhibit Level 3 Rope Access certification skills
• Assist and mentor fellow technicians when necessary
• Execute responsibilities as outlined in work orders
• Verify safety protocols for all used equipment

Requirements:
• Mandatory IRATA Level 3 Certification
• First Aid certification required
• CSO, BSO, or CSTS-2020 qualifications preferred
• Journeyman ticket preferred
• Strong safety awareness and commitment
