MEDA is hiring a Maintenance Technical Lead to manage automotive maintenance operations in Windsor, Ontario. This onsite role focuses on technical leadership and strategic maintenance oversight.

In this mid-senior level role, you will be responsible for coordinating and supervising all maintenance and repair activities for automotive testing and facility equipment. You’ll lead a multi-trade maintenance crew and ensure compliance with safety, electrical, and building regulations. Your expertise will guide the development of effective maintenance strategies and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and oversee maintenance and repair activities
• Lead and direct a small maintenance crew
• Develop and implement strategies for equipment maintenance




• Troubleshoot automated testing systems effectively
• Ensure environmental health and safety compliance

Requirements:
• Electrical certification or equivalent technician qualification
• 5-10 years of experience in an automotive maintenance role
• Familiar with Ontario’s safety and electrical codes
