GENERAL SUMMARY
To plan, organize, direct and control all operations within the service area of the station in a way that provides maximum service to customers while maintaining a cost effective station operation.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent

6 years Business experience

2 years Management experience

Must currently be a member of FedEx management or EXCEL/LEAP endorsed

Must possess a valid G license & have a good driving record

GRADE: 90

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Bachelor’s Degree (B.A) or equivalent

Four (4) years Business experience including, two (2) year in direct management of employees, their performance and operational leadership

The two (2) year direct management of employees and their performance must be within the past four (4) years.

Must possess a valid G license & have a good driving record
