This role is pivotal in maintaining high-quality care standards while guiding a diverse team committed to resident well-being. You will play a vital role in promoting a supportive culture of care that aligns with Yee Hong's values and mission. Key Responsibilities:

- Direct nursing care and restorative services
- Develop team performance and recruitment strategies
- Oversee care transitions for residents
- Implement quality improvement and safety protocols
- Champion resident rights and health Requirements:
- RN with current Ontario licensing
- Nursing degree or relevant experience necessary
- At least 5 years of nursing experience
- 3 years in healthcare management helpful
