About the Role

Our client is expanding its virtual wellness offerings and is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Remote Wellness Coach to join their fully remote team. In this role, you will guide clients through personalized wellness journeys, focusing on holistic health, including nutrition, fitness, stress management, and mindfulness. You will leverage your expertise to create impactful, sustainable lifestyle changes for individuals across diverse backgrounds. Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement personalized wellness plans for clients, addressing their specific health goals.
- Conduct regular virtual coaching sessions via video calls and messaging platforms.
- Provide evidence-based guidance on nutrition, physical activity, sleep hygiene, and stress reduction techniques.
- Monitor client progress, offer encouragement, and adjust strategies as needed.




- Maintain confidential client records and ensure adherence to ethical coaching standards.
- Contribute to the development of new coaching programs and resources.

Requirements

- Certification from a recognized wellness coaching program or equivalent skilled qualification.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in health coaching, personal training, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge base in nutrition, exercise physiology, psychology, and behavior change principles.
- Excellent virtual communication, active listening, and motivational skills.
- Proficiency with online coaching platforms and digital communication tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage a remote caseload effectively.
