A major Canadian bank is strengthening its infrastructure team to drive its AWS migrations and harden its application ecosystem.

A major Canadian bank is migrating its on-premise infrastructure to AWS and is looking for an SRE expert to harden and automate its ecosystem.

The role

You actively contribute to AWS migrations (requirements and execution), promote a DevOps and reliability culture, improve deployment practices, automate provisioning and configuration, and strengthen the security posture (security as code).

What we're looking for

- 5+ years of experience, AWS Architect certification required
- Linux/Unix administration, scripting, advanced AWS CLI
- Containers: Docker, Kubernetes, Istio or another service mesh
- Monitoring (Grafana, Prometheus, DataDog) and log aggregation (ELK, Splunk)

Conditions

Montreal, hybrid 2 days/week in office. Permanent position with Abbeal, 12-month renewable engagement with the client.
