Drive health, safety, and environmental excellence as a Lead Advisor at Ledcor. This role is essential for ensuring safety compliance and fostering a positive safety culture in construction projects.

With a minimum of 5-6 years in health and safety for ICI construction, you'll work closely with supervisors and field leaders to enhance HS&E; programs. Your responsibilities will include maintaining safety documentation, supporting audits, and implementing effective safety training. Engage with stakeholders to promote a proactive approach to safety and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct audits and inspections to ensure site safety
• Advise project teams on HS&E; matters and documentation
• Update and develop HS&E; standards and procedures




• Monitor project compliance and safety performance
• Participate in incident investigations and root cause analyses

Requirements:
• 5-6+ years of HS&E; experience in ICI construction
• Bachelor’s in Health, Safety, and Environmental or similar qualification
• Knowledge of industry regulations and standards
• Experience in audits and safety program development
• Robust analytical and communication skills
