As part of the Cyber Managed Identity Services team, you will play a vital role in managing client identity and access management services. Your hands-on experience in IAM areas will enable you to handle the day-to-day operations effectively. You will also be responsible for communication with both clients and internal teams to ensure smooth IAM workflows.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee identity provisioning and access control processes
• Support multi-factor authentication and access management
• Program operational monitoring and service documentation
• Communicate incidents and resolutions to clients
• Ensure compliance with documentation and audit standards

Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years in cybersecurity or IAM fields
• Experience in IGA, PAM, MFA, or Conditional Access
• Solid operational and analytical skills
• Document management proficiency
• Relevant educational background in IT or cyber protection
