This vital role involves partnering with the Strategic Finance team to provide comprehensive financial analysis and reporting. You will support the budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes, while also identifying key performance drivers and trends. With an emphasis on financial modeling and variance analysis, you will play a key part in enhancing financial decision-making across Operations and Sales.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and analyze supply, sales, and revenue forecasts
• Build financial models to support business decisions
• Communicate insights and trends in financial performance
• Develop operational KPIs to monitor results effectively
• Identify process improvements and implement automation tools
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, with CPA as an asset
• At least 4 years in FP&A; or corporate finance roles
• Proficient in financial modeling and Excel
• Experience with AI-driven financial reporting tools
• Solid detail orientation and problem-solving skills
