As an IT Technical Lead , you’ll bridge the gap between business stakeholders, architecture, data, AI engineering and delivery teams. You’ll translate business opportunities into scalable AI-enabled solutions, own architecture decisions, lead AI-first delivery and help develop the next generation of technical leaders.
If you have the following: A bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Information Technology or Data Science or 5+ years of relevant demonstrable experience

5+ years’ experience building software systems

2+ years’ experience leading technical teams

Experience owning architecture decisions

Strong skills in business problem-solving, solution architecture, AI-native delivery, systems integration and stakeholder leadership

A cooperative mindset and the ability to adapt confidently to change
