Low Hammond Rowe Architects is seeking an experienced Architect with design, technical and leadership skills who is motivated and capable of contributing meaningfully within a collaborative studio environment.

Key Skills & Qualifications

The ideal candidate will demonstrate:

- Registration with the Architectural Institute of British Columbia (AIBC)
- 12+ years of skilled experiencewithin an architectural practice
- Demonstrable experience leading projects throughall phases of development in a Project Architect Role
- Strong design, technical and problem-solving skills
- Experience managing consultant teams and detailed coordination,



project documentation and navigating successful municipal approval processes
- Strong knowledge ofbuilding systems, envelope and construction detailing for timber, steel and concrete construction;
- Sound working knowledge of BC Building Code
- Strong BIM (Revit) proficiency and experience with BIM coordination workflows & clash detection;
- Experience with Lumion or Enscapevisualization is considered an asset
- Excellent written, verbal and graphic communication skills
- Experience managing construction administration and conducting field reviews
