This role is under the direction of the Associate Dean for Human and Justice Studies and focuses on applying a range of teaching methods to enhance student learning outcomes. You will develop course materials aligned with professional standards and support students through individualized feedback.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver courses using innovative adult education principles
• Create and refine course materials based on up-to-date developments
• Foster an inclusive classroom environment for diverse learners
• Assess student performance through strategic feedback and tutoring
• Maintain effective communication with colleagues and partners
Requirements:
• Baccalaureate Degree in Criminal Justice or a related field
• Canada Border Service Agency Officer Induction Program completion required
• Minimum of 3 years CBSA experience is necessary
• Previous post-secondary teaching experience is an advantage
• Proficient in educational technology and learning management systems
