As a Registered Nurse in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, you will provide expert nursing care to infants while collaborating with health professionals to optimize patient outcomes. Key Responsibilities:
• Evaluate and assess patients' neonatal care needs
• Collaborate with the care team to create efficient care plans
• Document nursing interventions and patient observations




• Provide health education to patients' families
• Participate actively in research and quality improvement efforts

Requirements:
• Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• BLS and Neonatal Resuscitation Provider Certifications
• Recent NICU experience or relevant perinatal course completion
• Solid understanding of neonatal care principles
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
