In this full-time role, you'll play an essential part in a dynamic multidisciplinary team overseeing treatment within clients’ preferred environments. A BScN and Psychiatric/Mental Health Nursing certification are preferred, alongside a strong commitment to client-focused care and mental health reform.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide ongoing support and treatment for mental health clients
• Conduct assessments and develop personalized care plans
• Manage crisis interventions effectively




• Facilitate psychosocial rehabilitation programs
• Foster positive, therapeutic relationships with clients

Requirements:
• Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Minimum of 4-5 years in mental health settings
• Proficient in substance abuse and addiction counseling
