Key Responsibilities:
• Design and deliver meaningful faith-based programs
• Collaborate with staff and families for program effectiveness
• Integrate and evaluate creative Montessori activities




• Oversee transportation services for residents
• Coordinate volunteer and student engagement efforts

Requirements:
• Post-secondary qualification in recreation or related field
• Minimum 3-5 years in a healthcare role
• Leadership experience in therapeutic recreation
• Sensitivity to gerontological needs and spirituality
• Current Vulnerable Position Sector Screening
