Your role will include managing studio logistics, coordinating supplies, overseeing safety initiatives, and executing events. Being the first point of contact, you’ll maintain a welcoming workplace while aligning with guilds and clubs throughout the studio.

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate office supplies and daily studio functions
• Act as the initial contact for inquiries and security
• Support health and safety practices across the studio




• Plan and execute studio events and logistics
• Manage internal ticket systems for operations

Requirements:
• 3-5 years in relevant coordination or admin experience
• Customer-focused, proactive approach
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
• Familiar with health and safety regulations
• Capable of lifting up to 30 lbs securely
