Join Oasis National as a Site Development and Support Leader, driving community program success and fostering connections across Canada. Your focus will be on enhancing engagement and sustainable practices.

In this role as the National Site Development and Support Coordinator, you'll be integral in establishing relationships with site leaders and community partners. You will manage new site onboarding, support existing communities, and develop effective training resources to elevate member participation. Collaboration and continuous feedback will be vital in this impactful position.

Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain strong relationships with site coordinators
• Lead recent site development and integration efforts
• Facilitate peer learning forums and workshops




• Design and implement training programs and materials
• Monitor network performance metrics and site evaluations

Requirements:
• University degree in a related discipline
• 5+ years in community or program development
• Successful in collaborative community engagement
• Expertise in adult learning and resource creation
• Proficient in digital management systems

Bring knowledge of community support and a passion for improving the lives of older adults to Oasis National's dedicated team.
