You will be tasked with conducting audits for safety and compliance, prioritizing maintenance projects, and supervising teams to meet goals. Strong knowledge in building systems, including HVAC and regulatory frameworks, is required.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform regular facility audits and compliance checks
• Develop and manage maintenance project timelines
• Supervise site staff and outside contractors
• Implement preventative maintenance programs and tests

Requirements:
• Minimum 5-7 years in facilities supervision
