In this full-time, temporary HR role, you will report to the Senior Director, engaging with franchisees across Quebec. Your expertise will encompass all HR functions such as coaching, performance reviews, and inclusion initiatives. By working directly within stores 2-3 days a week, you will be key in guiding local leaders toward effective talent management and employee relations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Implement HR programs and coach store leaders effectively
• Provide HR mentorship on policies and procedures
• Drive leadership development and talent management




• Collaborate on recruitment strategies to enhance diversity
• Help resolve conflicts and foster a performance culture

Requirements:
• 5 to 7 years of HR experience or equivalent
• CHRP designation or relevant postgraduate degree
• Strategic thinking and strong organizational skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Retail environment experience is advantageous
