Job Summary This role exists to provide volume support for day‑to‑day operational functions within a collaborative, close‑knit team of 20 members. The position involves working in a call center environment , with 80% of functions focused on conducting outbound calls and being responsible for the timely and accurate follow‑up of client transfers from other financial institutions into TD Wealth. The remaining 20% of functions include data entry duties such as updating in‑house systems and working closely with ISM, Kofax (Imaging system), and in‑house Case Management software. The contractor will have access to customer data. A full week of training is provided with ongoing support throughout the engagement.
Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to financial institutions and update internal systems
Operate within a call center environment, managing high volumes of outbound communication




Conduct timely and accurate follow‑up on client transfers from other financial institutions into TD Wealth (approximately 80% of daily functions)
Perform data entry functions including updating in‑house systems (approximately 20% of daily functions)
Work closely with ISM, Kofax (Imaging system), and in‑house Case Management software
Participate in a daily 15‑minute huddle meeting
Interact with external stakeholders and handle customer data responsibly
Meet daily deliverable targets and performance metrics
Required Skills Operations experience in banking/financial services: 1–2 years
Attention to detail and multi‑tasking skills
High technical aptitude
Robust Excel skills – solid understanding of using Excel spreadsheets, including spreadsheets with macros; must have the technical capability to learn and apply macros during training
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for updating tickets and carrying out data entry duties
Professional and interpersonal skills for making outbound phone calls (phone experience is a strong must‑have skill for this role)
Preferred Skills Call center experience
Previous TD Wealth experience
Previous experience with ISM, EIS, or Ticketing systems
Banking experience
Bilingual – French and English
Experience with macros




Education Requirements University degree (undergraduate) required
Required Experience 1–2 years of overall professional experience
1–2 years of operations experience in banking or financial services
Work Environment / Physical Requirements Call center environment
Daily 15‑minute team huddle
No overtime expected
No rotation required
Contractor will have access to customer data
