You’ll assist with daily banking transactions, foster relationships, and ensure members receive tailored financial solutions. Your proactive engagement will help members feel empowered about their financial decisions. Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare documentation for member meetings with Financial Advisors
- Review accounts for errors and compliance issues
- Open and analyze current member accounts thoroughly
- Support loan application processes and follow-up communications
- Accurately process financial transactions including withdrawals Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in retail banking
- High school diploma mandatory; diplomas in Finance beneficial
- IFIC certification preferred but not mandatory
- Strong engagement with community initiatives
