Nefab Canada is seeking a Safety, Health, and Environmental (SHE) Manager to lead SH&E; programs at the Peterborough site. You will support compliance with OHSA/WSIB, coach leaders and employees, and drive continuous improvement in health and safety.

The role requires a post-secondary diploma or degree in Occupational Health & Safety, CRSP or similar is an asset, 3–5 years of manufacturing SH&E; experience, solid incident investigations, risk assessments, and the ability to train hourly workers
