WorleyCord is seeking Lead Hand Skilled Labourers to join their team at the Air Products Project in Edmonton, Alberta. This role involves supervising a crew of labourers, ensuring safety compliance, and assisting with civil and site service tasks. The ideal candidate will have significant industrial construction experience and strong leadership skills, ready to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

What You'll Need

- 5 years of industrial construction experience, 3 years in a supervisory role

- Willingness to attend paid safety training

- Ability to work under minimal supervision

- Experience working at heights

- Ability to stand or walk for long periods

- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds (occasionally more with assistance)

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Comfort working outdoors in various weather conditions
