This leadership role encompasses assisting the program manager in running the Family Intervention Program while providing direct supervision to a team of support staff. You’ll help navigate care plans that empower participants, celebrate their progress, and work collaboratively to resolve any obstacles to their success. This position is key to fostering trust and building solid community relationships.

Requirements: • Degree/Diploma in social work or human services • Active registration with Alberta College of Social Workers • 3+ years' experience with high-risk populations • 2+ years in a supervisory capacity
