Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise, mentor, and onboard current program staff
- Assess service performance and track contract compliance
- Partner with management on financial and operational matters

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Child and Youth Care or related field
- At least 5 years in a leadership role
- Experience serving target youth populations
- Solid background in fiscal management and case management
- Proficient communication and team collaboration skills
