This is an office based role (no outside sales calls). Exceptional communication skills in English and Mandarin, along with experience working with major retail chains or wholesalers, will be important for this role.

Senior Sales Coordinator (Mandarin Speaking)

Work hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00am-5:30pm (no routine overtime required)

Compensations: $65,000 – 90,000 per year + performance bonus

Benefits: Extended medical coverage after a 3‑month probation period; Company share program available from the second year, subject to performance.

Main Job duties:

Sales Analysis & Reporting

- Prepare and maintain sales, customer, and product performance reports.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and changes in demand.
- Review orders, inventory, and forecasts to spot shortages or excess stock.
- Support forecasting and demand planning through accurate data analysis.

Key Account & Sales Operations Support

- Manage daily operational needs for key retail and foodservice accounts.




- Coordinate onboarding, contracts, product listings, and vendor portals.
- Oversee order fulfillment from purchase order to delivery.
- Work with internal teams to resolve issues and support customer programs.

Minimum Requirements:

- Exceptional communication skills in English and Mandarin; Japanese is an asset.
- 3+ years of experience in Sales Coordination, Sales Operations, Data Analysis, Key Account Support, Supply Chain, or a related role.
- Strong analytical skills with confidence working on sales, customer, inventory, and operational data; experience preparing reports and analyzing trends.
- Advanced Excel Skills and familiarity with ERP systems, EDI, or retailer/vendor portals are assets.
- Experience in food manufacturing, CPG, retail, or foodservice, and supporting major retail/foodservice accounts is preferred.
- Highly organized, self motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment.
- Associate Degree or higher.
