Be a part of the Region of Waterloo as an Engineering Manager focusing on Water and Wastewater Services. This is a full-time managerial position with a focus on infrastructure oversight and capacity management.

In this role, you will lead a dedicated team in developing water and wastewater infrastructure projects, conducting assessments, and ensuring compliance with local regulations. You will also advise on strategic planning initiatives and collaborate with municipal agencies for effective service delivery, enhancing the community's sustainability and resilience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise engineering staff and manage ongoing projects
- Oversee water leakage remediation and I&I; programs
- Engage with agencies, municipalities,



and stakeholders
- Manage capital planning and budget preparation
- Coordinate feedback for local development applications

Requirements:

- Professional engineering designation in Ontario
- Experience in water/wastewater system design
- Solid leadership and project coordination skills
- Proficiency in hydraulic modelling and analysis
- Effective communication abilities with technical teams
