To learn more, visit clutch.Ca.About the role:Clutch is looking for an experiencedPaintless Dent Repair (PDR) Technicianto join our growing Vehicle Reconditioning team!As a PDR Technician, you’ll be responsible for repairing dents and cosmetic damage to a high retail standard while preserving the vehicle’s original factory finish. You’ll work at one indoor location with a steady, scheduled flow of vehicles, allowing you to focus on the work without the need for estimating, customer communication, invoicing, or collections.Every vehicle you work on will ultimately be delivered to a Clutch customer, making quality and attention to detail an important part of the role.What you’ll do:Repair dents to a high retail cosmetic standard using traditional rod work, glue pulling, and knockdownsRepair a variety of damage including door dings, body lines, sharp dents, and hail damageAssess incoming damage and determine whether it is suitable for PDR or should be referred to body and refinishRemove and reinstall trim, liners,



and hardware to access factory openingsPerform repairs through existing factory access points such as window apertures, plug holes, and grommetsUse glue pulling techniques where traditional tool access is limitedDo not drill access holes or modify vehicles without written pre-approvalDocument repairs with before-and-after photosInspect completed repairs under proper lighting to ensure they meet Clutch’s quality standardsIdentify and flag damage that falls outside of PDR scope before the vehicle moves through the reconditioning processWork closely with detailers, body technicians, estimators, and other members of the reconditioning teamMaintain a clean, secure, and organized work areaConsistently deliver high-quality repairs while maintaining efficient productionWhat we’re looking for:2+ years of professional Paintless Dent Repair experienceDemonstrated experience repairing door dings, body lines, and sharp dentsStrong traditional rod work and glue pulling skillsStrong understanding of PDR repairability and the ability to accurately assess a panel before beginning workAbility to work efficiently while maintaining a high standard of qualityStrong attention to detail and pride in your workmanshipAbility to consistently meet quality and production expectationsStrong communication and teamwork skillsAbility to work independently and take ownership of your workValid driver’s license, as you may be required to move vehicles around the siteOther items to note:This is an indoor, single-site positionYou’ll work with a consistent,
