WE’RE HIRING: Logistics & Operations Administrator | Contract-to-Hire | Calgary

Kastner Perez Search Group is partnering with a Calgary-based organization to find a Logistics & Operations Administrator to join a busy, fast-moving team.

This is a contract-to-hire opportunity with strong potential to transition into a permanent position at approximately $50,000 annually.

This could be a great opportunity for someone early in their career who enjoys working with data, systems, logistics and operational details and wants to build broader experience within a large, complex business environment.

What you’ll be doing:

• Supporting day-to-day logistics and dispatch-related administration

• Tracking and confirming product deliveries and loads

• Monitoring inventory levels and assisting with end-of-day inventory calculations

• Reviewing and validating driver and delivery documentation, including BOLs

• Working with operational data across multiple systems

• Supporting reporting, reconciliation and other analytical activities

• Managing a high volume of documentation while ensuring information is accurate and complete

What we’re looking for:





• Solid Excel skills are essential, including PivotTables, lookups and SUMIF functions

• Comfortable learning and working across multiple software platforms

• Strong attention to detail and analytical ability

• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage a high volume of information

• Previous experience in logistics, dispatch, operations, accounting administration or a related environment would be an asset

• A proactive individual who enjoys learning and isn’t afraid to dig into data and solve problems

? Hybrid environment – 3 days in office / 2 days from home

Permanent salary: approximately $50,000
