Embark on an enriching internship as a Control Testing Intern with RBC in Toronto for Winter 2027. Your primary focus will be on assessing and enhancing the effectiveness of key controls.
This 4-month role allows you to work alongside the Sr. Manager of Enterprise Control Testing, engaging in control assessments that help fulfill regulatory commitments. Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with control assessment activities under RBC's guidelines
• Participate in strategy discussions with Management
• Contribute to ad-hoc special projects for efficiency




• Help develop tools for managing risk assessments
• Serve as a liaison among various stakeholders
Requirements:
• Currently attending a Canadian post-secondary institution
• Focus on risk management, finance, or mathematics
• Solid written and verbal communication skills
• Analytical thinker with a detail-oriented approach
