Key Responsibilities

- Source, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of technical roles using advanced search techniques.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to define technical requirements and preferred qualifications.
- Build and nurture talent pipelines for critical technology skill sets.
- Manage the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process,



ensuring timely communication and feedback.
- Utilize recruitment marketing strategies to enhance employer branding within the tech community.
- Track recruitment metrics and provide regular reports on sourcing effectiveness and candidate flow.

Requirements

- Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter or in a similar role focusing on IT hiring.
- Strong understanding of various technical roles, programming languages, and IT infrastructure.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and technical sourcing tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote, fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
