These positions are part of a culturally responsive approach to housing that centers dignity, safety, and connection.Staff play a vital role in fostering a welcoming, respectful, and stable living environment for residents. Drawing on lived and/or living experience, staff build meaningful relationships with tenants while supporting day-to-day wellness, community engagement, and housing stability.Qualifications & Experience- Lived experience relevant to the community served (e.G.,
