- Design and implement onboarding and training programs
- Conduct regular safety audits and inspections
- Deliver training on equipment, safety, and service standards
- Track employee training progress and certifications
- Support compliance with health and safety regulations Requirements:
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in training or safety
- Certificate in Occupational Health & Safety is a plus
- Solid relationship-building and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and training management systems
