Our client is seeking a friendly, energetic, experienced and responsible Treatment Coordinator/Dental Receptionist to join their general Dental practice.

POSITION:

- Experienced Dental Receptionist(2+ years Canadian experience)
- Experience communicating to patients about treatment plans

SOFTWARE:

Tracker software

LOCATION:

Toronto (Mainly Spadina/Queen- no parking) & (Bloor/Bathurst-parking available), go to both locations

HOURS:

Mon to Thurs 8-4/9-5 some Fridays 9-2

COMPENSATION:

$28-$32 depending on experience and performance

JOB OVERVIEW: (In addition to doing TC, do Reception too)

- Preparing estimates, communicating with patients about treatment, supporting front desk duties including recalls and booking appointments.
- Presentfees,giveestimates fortreatment for a crowns, bridges etc, and make financial arrangements with the patient
- Prepare and submit all pre-determinations from treatment plans
- Maintain treatment plans and follow up (communicate treatments, fees, insurance inquires/estimates, financial arrangements)
- Ability to communicate all concerns to dentist
- Takes direction well and follows through with all tasks assigned
