You Will BeResponsible For

Minimum(essential)Requirements

- Minimumof10yearsofdemonstrablesuccessmanagingthedeliveryoftechnology-basedprojectsusingagilemethodology.




- Substantialexperienceinmanagingandleadingprojectteamsincludinglinemanagementresponsibility.
- Evidenceofdevelopingandmanagingsoundclient-supplierrelationshipsandgoodknowledgeofatleastoneindustryvertical(e.g. Financial Services,Healthor Government).
- Broadtechnologyexperience,awarenessofcurrenttechnologytrendsandasolidunderstandingofcontemporarysoftwareengineeringpracticesandbehaviours.
- Evidenceoftakingresponsibilityforcontractandcommercialtermsonprojects.
- Experienceofadheringtorobustprojectgovernanceandtechnicalqualitystandards.
- Strongabilitytomakereasoneddecisionsunderpressuretakingabalancedviewofclientdemands,commercialinterestsandtheimpactontheteam.
- Provenabilitytomanage,motivateandempowerteamsandleadbyexample.
- Strongcommercialawarenessandsoundunderstandingofprojectdynamics,particularlyinamulti-supplierenvironment.
- Affable,credibleandcancommunicateeffectivelywithclientsandcolleagues,includingformalpresentations.
- Excellentinterpersonalskillsandstrongnegotiatingprowess.
- Excellentteamplayercapableofdeliveringresultsinlessthanperfectcircumstances.
- Haveanaturalwillingnesstoshareinformationfreely.
- Mature,firmbutnon-confrontationalstyle.
- Highlyflexible(includingawillingnesstoworkawayfromhomebase).
- Apositiveattitudetoovercomingthechallengesfacingourclients.
- Havethevisionanddrivetoexperimentanddeliver‘firsts’.
