About Sniffles & Snacks

Sniffles & Snacks is an AI-powered pet care app, live on iOS and Android. It helps pet owners keep their pets safe and healthy. You can scan food labels for harmful ingredients, check your pet's mood and spot signs of pain, ask questions to Dr. Sniffles (our AI vet assistant), and keep health records in a digital Pet Health Passport. We're an early-stage, founder-led Canadian startup, and we're looking for a partner to help us grow our community of pet owners from the ground up.

The role We're looking for a motivated person to lead organic growth for the app as an independent partner. You'll help us reach pet owners through social media, content, and community channels, with the goal of bringing as many current users to the app as possible. You'll have plenty of room to experiment, try new ideas, and see the direct impact of your work.

What you'll do

- Plan and create organic content for channels like Instagram and TikTok
- Test different content formats, hooks, and posting strategies,



and learn from what works
- Use AI tools for content creation, design, scheduling, and research
- Find and engage with pet owner communities online
- Track results (downloads, reach, engagement) and share what you learn
- Suggest new growth ideas as the app evolves

Who we're looking for

- No prior experience needed. Curiosity and drive matter more than a resume
- A genuine interest in marketing, social media, or startups (a love of animals is a bonus)
- Comfortable experimenting with new AI tools and learning quickly
- Self-motivated and able to set your own schedule and priorities
- Open to feedback and willing to try, measure, and adjust

What we offer

- A 5–15% revenue share on app revenue, with the exact percentage and terms set out in a written agreement before you start
- This is a commission-only, independent contractor role with no base pay
- Real, hands-on experience growing a live app on both app stores, which you can put on your portfolio
- Direct collaboration with the founder and a say in the product's direction
- Fully remote and flexible: you choose when and how you work
