Company Description The team designs thoughtful structures, systems, fixtures, and finishes that support nature, human health, and clean water resources as long-term “Heal Estate” investments. The collective will partner with the land to create enduring, healthy, and beautiful residential, community, and small commercial outbuildings. We serve British Columbia and Canadians who may also be stewarding land in Portugal and Spain.

Collective Role Description

This is a call for getting to know one another for future collaborations as a diverse, autonomy-respecting collective who make abundant profit without throwing planet or people under the bus.

We're seeking to develop our connections with registered engineers (EOR), architects (AOR) and interior architects.

We're seeking professionals savvy with panel and timber framing, with early MEP instantiation.

We're connecting with electricians, plumbers, HVAC and builders longing to work on healthy construction: off-grid, hybrid or conventional tie in.

We're interested in landscape architects and natural pool designers.

We're meeting Real Estate professionals who enjoy connecting people with properties that prioritize healthy impact.

We're connecting with land stewards owning properties over a quarter-acre who want Wellness Outbuildings or healthy residences.

The virtual and onsite collective involves healthy communication, preventing construction-related kerfuffles, and promoting low- to no-waste assembly practices.

The professional will help ensure that structures, systems, and finishes consistently reflect health, resiliency, and environmental stewardship objectives while complying with code and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

- Designers or design seal-bearers who wish to be respected and well-taken care of throughout onsite-reality. This is land and water first design.





- Collaborators should embody and support wellness and nature-facing lifestyle. We recognize that buildings that are good for people can also be good for the planet.

- Candidates should possess authentic and respectful communication skills, not relying on AI.

- Applicants should possess interest in sustainable building practices, timber framing, water-centric design, and regenerative construction or trades. Bonus points if you have a food garden.

- Folks should possess the discipline to fully read and check plans and specifications, be amazing second pairs of eyes and support compliance with relevant building, environmental, and health standards.

- A passion for WELL, LEED, Building Biology, onsite wastewater, or blue-green infrastructure is cool.

- Possessing wisdom in construction management, environmental design, engineering, architecture, or related fields is an asset. Rookie Elders or Seasoned Elders are valued. Warmth with Competence is lovely.

- Desire to work joyfully and safely on-site, manage projects sustainably, and contribute to a profitable, inclusive, team-oriented work environment is required.
