MEDA is hiring a Maintenance Technical Lead to manage automotive maintenance operations in Windsor, Ontario. This onsite role focuses on technical leadership and strategic maintenance oversight. In this mid-senior level role, you will be responsible for coordinating and supervising all maintenance and repair activities for automotive testing and facility equipment.

You’ll lead a multi-trade maintenance crew and ensure compliance with safety, electrical, and building regulations. Your expertise will guide the development of effective maintenance strategies and best practices. Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and oversee maintenance and repair activities
- Lead and direct a small maintenance crew
- Develop and implement strategies for equipment maintenance




- Troubleshoot automated testing systems effectively
