Your responsibilities include individual mentoring, coordinating community resources, and implementing tailored educational plans. Flexibility with scheduling and a valid driver’s license for various travel across Edmonton is essential. Key Responsibilities:

- Create a welcoming and safe environment for youth participants
- Conduct eligibility assessments to provide focused support
- Design and monitor individualized action plans for students
- Collaborate with educational institutions and local agencies
- Lead peer mentorship initiatives to strengthen community ties Requirements:
- Post-secondary degree/diploma in a related field
- Two years of experience supporting vulnerable youth
- Proficiency in case management and workshop execution
- Valid First Aid & CPR-C certification
