Our downtown Vancouver real estate client is currently seeking a permanent General Accountant to join the team.

**Competitive salary ranging from $60,000-$65,000 + Bonus**

Key Responsibilities

- Process and code invoices, ensuring all supporting documentation is complete and accurate.
- Match invoices to purchase orders and enter approved invoices into Yardi Voyager in a timely manner.
- Process recurring monthly AP entries, EFTs, cheques, and manage the cheque-signing process.
- Verify vendor banking information and maintain accurate accounts payable records and files.
- Reconcile and analyze GL accounts, including corporate accounts payable and other general accounting activities.
- Prepare and reconcile intercompany transactions and assist with financial reporting.
- Support audit preparation and perform job costing accounting for various projects.
- Provide additional accounting and administrative support as required.
