- Implement, maintain and develop a QHSE management system that complies with Group standards and customer contracts.
- Guarantee that products meet client specifications and requirements.
- Verify and ensure that final products comply with established technical specifications according to client expectations (visual quality, taste, weight conformity, packaging, temperature, etc.).
- Adapt and deploy Group QHSE procedures on one or more sites
- Train local staff in QHSE rules
- Ensure proper application of processes, operating procedures and records
- Raise staff awareness of customer, regulatory and legal requirements
- Monitor the application of QHSE rules
- Liaise with government inspection bodies (SIVAP, etc.), certification bodies and quality-related service providers.
- Ensure compliance with ISO standards
- Coordinate regular inspections of facilities and equipment to ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Manage incidents related to quality or food safety, and propose appropriate corrective and preventive actions.
- Supervise the implementation of the cleaning and disinfection program for facilities and equipment by each department's staff.
- Monitor non-conformance reports and ensure their timely resolution.
- Monitor QHSE system controls and indicators.
- Manage internal and external prevention and action plans,
- Participate in the drafting of site health management plans/ EVRPs
