Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Residential Cleaner to join our energetic team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional cleaning services to our residential clients, ensuring their homes are spotless, organized, and welcoming. Your enthusiasm and strong work ethic will help us maintain our reputation for excellence in the community.
Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and common spaces
- Use effective cleaning techniques and products to ensure high standards of hygiene and cleanliness
- Organize cleaning schedules efficiently to maximize productivity and meet client expectations
- Communicate professionally with clients to understand their specific needs and preferences
- Maintain a tidy workspace and ensure all cleaning equipment is properly stored and maintained
Skills
- Fluency in English
- Strong organizational skills with excellent time management abilities
- Experience in residential cleaning, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitizing
- Exceptional customer service skills with clear communication and professionalism
- Knowledge of hospitality standards to create welcoming environments
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks simultaneously

Pay: $22.00-$24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15.0 – 32.0 per week
