We're looking for QSR Supervisors!

Supervisors are a critical part of our restaurant leadership team. Supervisors work with restaurant management to provide the direction and training required on every shift to exceed our customer's expectations. As a QSR Supervisor, you will be responsible for assisting the execution of daily operations and activities.

General Responsibilities:

- Plan tasks for the entire day and delegate duties to team promptly.

- Lead restaurant operations during assigned shifts.

- Ensure all SOPs, food safety, and company standards are consistently followed.

- Conduct regular store walk-throughs to maintain cleanliness, quality, and operational readiness.

- Delegate tasks and ensure they are completed accurately and on time.

- Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve guest concerns promptly.

- Monitor food quality, speed of service, and overall guest satisfaction.

- Ensure opening, closing, and shift procedures are completed correctly.





- Communicate with management about team progress and performance plans with regular updates.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

$19.95 to 20.95 per hour based on performance.
