Join our agile manufacturing team as a Lathe Milling Operator, where you'll play a vital role in producing precision-engineered components. Duties

- Set up, operate, and monitor CNC lathe and milling machines, ensuring optimal performance and precision.
- Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and CAD (Computer-Aided Design) files to accurately produce parts.
- Program CNC machines using languages such as Mazatrol or Fanuc to achieve desired specifications.
- Use precision measuring tools like calipers and micrometers to verify dimensions and quality standards.
- Perform routine maintenance on machinery, troubleshoot issues, and make adjustments for continuous improvement.
- Read and interpret technical documents including blueprints and manufacturing instructions for complex components.
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and other mechanical devices to assist in assembly or finishing processes when needed.




- Follow lean manufacturing principles to optimize workflow, reduce waste, and enhance productivity.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area adhering to safety protocols; operate forklifts when necessary for material handling.

Experience

- Proven experience operating CNC lathe and milling machines in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to read blueprints, technical drawings, and CAD files effectively.
- Familiarity with CNC programming languages such as Mazatrol or Fanuc.
- Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and machine setup adjustments.
- Hands-on experience with machining tools including calipers, micrometers, hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and assembly fixtures.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing practices to promote efficiency and quality improvements.
- Ability to use forklift trucks safely for material movement within the facility.
- Understanding of safety procedures related to machining operations and industrial environments.

Pay: $19.73-$24.00 per hour
