Form & Function Health, Performance & Wellness Centre

Remote, Canada | 35 hrs/week | 4 month internship

Form & Function is an integrated physiotherapy, chiropractic, and massage clinic

based in Markham, Ontario. Our team works with athletes, professionals, and

everyday people looking to move better, recover faster, and perform at their best.

We are building the next generation of data-driven healthcare marketing and

patient engagement, and we are looking for a Marketing & Growth Intern who

wants real startup-style experience helping scale a healthcare brand.

This is not a coffee-run internship. You will work directly with leadership on real

projects that affect client acquisition, brand growth, and digital marketing

strategy.

The role a hybrid position, with onsite being flexible.

What You’ll Work On

You will help us grow Form & Function’s digital presence and patient reach.

Projects may include:

 Video content creation and posting

 Website updates and content publishing in WordPress

 Google Business Profile and local search growth

 Social media and content marketing and creation

 Marketing analytics and campaign tracking

 Patient acquisition funnels and landing pages

 Competitor and market research

 AI tools and automation for marketing workflows

You will gain experience in real-world healthcare marketing, startup growth

strategy, and digital analytics.

Perfect for students or recent graduates looking to gain hands-on experience

while balancing school or another role.

What We’re Looking For





We want someone curious, analytical, and excited about Healthcare

You should have:

 Solid interest in digital marketing, analytics, or growth strategy

 Basic understanding of SEO, content marketing, social media strategy,

and WordPress

 Ability to analyze data and identify opportunities

 Curiosity about technology, AI tools, and startups

 Strong written communication skills

Instead of a long resume, we want to see things you’ve built or worked on.

Examples:

 A marketing campaign

 A website or SEO project

 A WordPress page or website update you worked on

 A social media page you grew

 A startup or business idea you explored

 A data or analytics project

Send 2–3 projects that demonstrate how you think and execute.

Qualifications

Preferred but not mandatory:

 Degree or certification in marketing, business, analytics, or project

management

 Experience using WordPress, Excel, Google Sheets, Google Analytics, or

other marketing tools

 Experience with content creation, website updates, or social media

management

If you don’t check every box but can show strong projects, apply anyway.

Bonus If You Have





 Experience with SEO or local search marketing

 Experience with Google Ads or Meta Ads

 Worked in a startup or built a personal project

 Familiarity with AI tools for marketing

 Experience updating or managing pages in WordPress
