About the Role:

We are seeking a compassionate, detail-oriented, and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our growing cosmetic plastic surgery team. In this role, you will work closely with our board-certified plastic surgeons to deliver exceptional pre-operative, intra-operative, and post-operative care. The ideal candidate thrives in a quick-paced clinical setting, possesses strong clinical judgment, and is committed to providing a high-standard, personalized experience for aesthetic patients.

Previous clinical nursing experience with background in plastic surgery, operating room (OR), dermatology, ambulatory surgery or medical aesthetics (Required)

Previous medical aesthetics clinic experience (Beneficial)

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

- Procedure & Surgical Support: Prepare patients for minor clinical treatments and local anesthesia surgical procedures. Assist physicians directly during surgical interventions, laser therapies, and in-office aesthetic treatments.
- Patient Care & Appointments: Assist physicians during consultations, pre-operative consultations and post-operative follow-up visits. Educate patients on post-procedure recovery care, wound care, and medication instructions.
- Laboratory & Specimen Management: Collect,



process, and handle laboratory specimens while maintaining strict adherence to proper labeling, chain of custody, and documentation standards.
- Clinical Preparation & Maintenance: Ensure treatment rooms and surgical suites are sterilized, stocked, and prepared prior to every procedure.
- Patient Monitoring: Monitor patient vital signs and comfort levels and status peri-procedure before, during and immediately following local anesthesia procedures.
- Documentation & Compliance: Accurately record patient medical history, procedure notes, and post-op progress in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system in compliance with PHIPA and healthcare regulations.
- Miscellaneous administrative/clinical/other duties as assigned

Qualifications & Skills

- Education & License: Active Registration in Good Standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO) as an RN or RPN.
- Certifications: Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required; ACLS preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 1–2 years of clinical nursing experience required. Background in plastic surgery, dermatology, operating room (OR), ambulatory surgery, or medical aesthetics is strongly preferred.
- Technical Proficiency: Experience in the operating room preferred.
- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication, exceptional bed-side manner, and strong attention to detail. Comfort working in a boutique, high-end patient care environment.

Pay: From $41.00 per hour
