Overview of the CDP position:
Total compensation $30 (wage & gratuities to start).
Option to add Medical and Dental.
-This is a Leadership role in a fast paced kitchen.
-Working closely with our Chef and Owner to develop as a skilled and as a person.
-Responsible for running service when the Chef and Sous Chef are not in the kitchen.
-Grow and maintain a positive work environment.
-Creative influence on the daily and/or nightly features
-Butchery-Ordering-Building, reinforcing, and implementing routines.
Team:
12-14 Kitchen Team members (8-10 full time 4-6 part time) 18-20 Front of House Team members (8-10 full time, 10-12 part time) Multiple staff members have worked with us for 4-15 years.
Partners: Farmer Ben's Eggs, 4 Quarters' Meats, Saanich Organics, 63 Acres, Gordon Food Services, Finest @ Sea, Driftwood, Hoyne, Phillips, Category 12, Longwood, Red Arrow etc... Stillhead, Sheringham and Tofino Distilleries.
